Mona Yousif Almoayyed has been the founding member of the society since its inception in 2005 and was the Chairperson until 2011. She has remained its Honorary Patron and recently resumed her position as Chairperson of the Society in March 2023.

Evone is one of the founding members of MWPS. She acted as the Assistant Head of the Action Committee from 2009 to 2013 and as Head from 2013 until September 2023.

Madhavan Kallath is a lawyer from India based in Bahrain for the last 30 years. He has been assisting migrants in dealing with their employment-related issues for several years.

Aside from being driven to improve the MWPS's mission to be a "voice for the voiceless," she also feels that even a simple act of kindness may have a significant impact on someone's life.
Mohamed is a science graduate with a medical diagnostics background and works as a Group General Manager of a medical group. He hails from Mysore, India, has been a resident of Bahrain for three decades, and is very involved in various social, educational & sporting activities. Mohamed has been with MWPS for the last three years and strongly supports the services being provided to underprivileged migrants irrespective of cast, creed, race or gender.

As a social worker I've been helping those in need and distress in Brazil and South Africa. I joined MWPS in 2017, assisting with cases under the Action Committee - helping those who are struggling to having their rights recognized.

Hi there! I'm Karthikeyan from India and I've been working in Bahrain for more than fifteen years now. I'm a social activist and have been an active member of MWPS since 2016. My profession is related to quality, safety and the environment. I'm very knowledgeable about labourer safety and welfare and I am currently head of the Labour & Social Welfare committee. I also assist workers to resolve their problems them self by letting them know their rights.

Ayuk is a multilingual person who speaks over 8 languages including English, French, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic. He's been in the GCC for over 13 years and his greatest passion is to serve the community - being the voice to the voiceless. As the Head of the Action Committee, he intends to help the public solve common expatriate issues and concerns as much as possible.

Carrie joined MWPS in 2015 and worked with the previous Shelter Committee and then the Labor & Welfare Committee. She is keen on strengthening access to health & safety information and crisis support networks.
Santanu is a Mechanical Engineer and Managing Director at Saaj Technical Mechanical Contracting (SAAJTECH) which has been active in Bahrain since 2011, serving industrial and construction companies. He is actively involved in community organizations and is an executive member of the Migrant Worker Protection Society as well as Bongiyo Samaj Bahrain; he is also a member of the Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of the Disabled. Santanu is dedicated to personal and professional growth while building meaningful connections through heartfelt communication.
I have been a proud member of the MWPS for 5 years and have enjoyed the opportunity to take part in food distributions and fundraising initiatives. Originally from the UK, I am a teacher and have lived with my family in Bahrain since 2006.
Beulah has been living in Bahrain since 2010 with her husband and two children. She has worked as a Women and Child Development Officer and as a Mathematics teacher and has also supported those suffering from heart wounds (trauma) through trauma healing as a master facilitator. Buelah was introduced to MWPS in 2019 and this journey has provided her opportunities to support others which in turn has helped her grow as an individual. She looks forward to working with an excellent team who have a passion to support migrant workers in times of hardship.
